Based in Hamilton, Waikato, the Chiefs are a professional rugby union team in New Zealand. They were once known as the Waikato Chiefs, but for sponsorship purposes, they are officially known as the Gallagher Chiefs. The team is one of the five New Zealand teams who play in the Super Rugby competition, which was formerly Chiefs Rugby live stream known as the Super 12 and Super 14. Their principal home ground is Waikato's FMG Stadium. The Chiefs were the only team from New Zealand to never make it to the Super 12 semi-finals until 2004.
